Ok Everyone, we really need your help this time. Our good friend, Brenda Natal, was just diagnosed two weeks ago with a rare Cancer called Langerhans cell histiocytosis. This Cancer is very rare in adults and affects 1 in every 560,000 people. She is a single mother of 1 living in Danbury Ct. There is 1 Cancer Center in the US that deals with this type of cancer and it is located in Texas. We need your help to get her there the second week of January for treatment. Don’t let her daughter grow up without a mother, as little as $1 can help our cause. This Saturday at Widow Brown’s 128 Federal Road Danbury, CT (203) 743-7021. We will be holding a fundraiser to help her out. There will be live music all night provided by The Jake Long Band as well as QGM Productions. During the show we will be raffling off gift certificates to local restaurants, Tattoo Parlors, Gym’s, Laser Hair Removal Centers, and anything else Dave Harvey and the “FOOD FOR THOUGHT” crew can get their hands on. Its going to be a fun night of music to help a good friend beat this Cancer and see her young daughter grow up! Raffle tickets will be sold for only $1 each or an arm’s length for $10. The Scott Elliott Power Trio starts at 7pm and they are opening for one of my favorite tribute bands, Kashmir. Led Zep tunes, outside on the grass, FOR FREE! I’m bringing my kids so they can hear some good old Rock & Roll…No Justin Bieber happening here!
